We loved our huge, comfy room that was perfect for our family! Having two connecting rooms made it easy to keep an eye on the kids while enjoying our own space. The hosts were amazing, especially Roberto, who shared fantastic local tips.

Very nicely renovated space, excellent communication (email), very helpful hostess, wifi, excellent value, "interesting" part of the city.

No hot water!! And no staff on-site from 7PM to 7AM to address problems. Napoli is a fairly gritty city by tourist standards and the hotel location is certainly off the beaten path. The hotel is up two flights of stairs in a residential building. It is a great place for an adventurous traveler but not for the anxious one.

My family was frustrated by the constant noise from motorcycles late at night. It was hard to relax or get a good night's sleep with such disturbances. While we enjoyed parts of our stay, these issues significantly impacted our experience.

The staff was attentive plus the location was magnificent. Took a walk around city centre, located not too far away from the hotel. The room we stayed in was brand-new with private terrace.

The stuf was great and very willing to help in any question or problem we had. the location is very good as well and the rooms are clean.

The parking of the hotel is quite complicated so let one of the stuf park for you.

The location was perfect for exploring Naples, with helpful hosts offering personalized recommendations. The clean, spacious suite had a charming decor that added to the experience. Breakfast featured delicious pastries that we looked forward to each morning.

We felt very well looked after. The staff kitted us out with maps and information and were so friendly and helpful. Our suite was huge and modern in a building that was classical and old . The location was wonderful, we felt like we had our own apartment in a vibrant area of the city. Walking distance to the marina and shopping and yet in an area with restaurants frequented by locals . We had a fantastic experince and cant wait to return.

The property was perfectly clean, the room was luxurious. The morning breakfast was gorgeous and delicious with yogurt, pastries and cappuccinos. We had a spacious bedroom. The hotel had a central location in the heart of the city, really enjoyed this place. Tried some nice meals at Trattoria Medina, located a few steps away from the property.

Incredibly helpful staff helping find local spots. Clean, spacious suite with lovely views. Really good breakfast with delicious coffee and pastries.

We had a fabulous short experience. The hotel was beautifully restored, truly enjoyed city view from our suite. The room was very beautiful, comfortable bed. The location was magnificent and peaceful, plus the breakfast was good.

Very close (5 min walking) from town centre. Frienly and helpfull owners.

The Superior Suite was super comfy and spacious! We loved the traditional charm with a modern touch. The terrace was a nice bonus, offering lovely views of the castle. The hosts, Roberto and Umberto, were warm and helpful. Breakfast was tasty too. That coffee and apple cake was perfect for starting the day!
